Frequently asked questions
ColorMeters come with a Type-C USB cable, which can be connected to any USB port for charging.
The CS-500 and CS-520 automatically calibrate when placed in their holder or charging station. Inside, you'll find the white tile calibration at the bottom.
The ColorMeter Pro and Max can measure metallics.
The Exact is a 45/0 device and not reccomended for metallics.
We also stock 2 multi-angled Spectrophotometers (CS-390/392) which are perfect for metallics.
The ColorMeter app is available on both the Play Store and App Store. If you have trouble finding it on the Play Store, feel free to email us, and we'll provide a direct link or the APK file.
